How Do I Delete My cMe Account?

You can request account deletion through the account deletion option cMe provides.

Before You Delete

If you're still a group admin, the system may require you to complete one of the following first:

• Transfer group admin status to another eligible member;
• Disband groups you no longer need;
• Resolve other group responsibilities that would block account deletion.

Also check your app store subscriptions. Deleting your cMe account or uninstalling the app usually doesn't automatically cancel auto-renewal in Google Play or the Apple App Store.

Deletion Steps

1. Log into cMe.
2. Open Settings or the account management page.
3. Choose to delete your account.
4. Read the deletion notice and the notice that this cannot be undone.
5. Verify your identity as required by the page.
6. Confirm and submit the deletion request.

After your account is deleted, related profile and account-linked data will be deleted or de-identified in accordance with cMe's Privacy Policy, its technical processes, and applicable law.
