How Do I Cancel My VIP Subscription?

VIP auto-renewal is managed by the app store where you made the purchase. Deleting the cMe app or deleting your account usually doesn't automatically cancel the app store subscription.

Android

Open the subscription management page in Google Play, find the cMe subscription, and cancel auto-renewal as prompted.

iPhone

Find the cMe subscription in your iPhone's Apple ID subscription management page and cancel auto-renewal as prompted.

After you cancel auto-renewal, the subscription period you've already paid for usually remains usable until the expiration date shown by the app store. Specific refund, renewal, and billing rules are determined by the corresponding app store.

What Happens After Canceling

Once the subscription expires, your account's available entitlements will adjust based on the free-tier limits and product rules in effect at that time. If the groups, members, or other resources you manage exceed the non-VIP limits, cMe may show a notice or grant a grace period, requiring you to reduce usage, transfer some group admin roles, or re-subscribe.
