How Does Data Sync Between the Dashboard and the Mobile App?

The Dashboard displays data the mobile app has uploaded to the cloud. It doesn't read GPS directly from members' phones, and it doesn't bypass members' own sharing settings.

A member's real-time location comes from the latest location the mobile app has successfully uploaded; online status and battery level come from the device's most recent sync of its runtime status; location history comes from historical location records the mobile app has saved and uploaded.
