A privacy address protects your precise location near your home, workplace, or other sensitive locations.

You can set frequently visited places as privacy addresses and configure a protected radius for each. When you enter that radius, cMe handles the location display based on the group type, sharing settings, and current product rules, reducing exposure of sensitive locations to members who shouldn't see the precise position.

A privacy address is not the same as turning off all location sharing. It mainly applies extra privacy protection near sensitive locations. Family groups and other groups may handle this differently, reflecting their different levels of trust.

Usage Tips

• Set your home, workplace, or other long-term sensitive locations as privacy addresses.
• Choose a reasonable protection radius based on your actual needs.
• Periodically check whether your privacy addresses are still valid.
• Also check the real-time location and location-history sharing settings in each group.
