What Happens After VIP Expires?

After VIP expires, is not renewed, or the subscription status otherwise changes, cMe re-evaluates your account and groups based on the current free-tier limits.

Possible changes include a reduced number of viewable location-history days, limits on the number of groups or members, groups exceeding their limits entering a grace period or restricted state, and reduced refresh frequency or downgraded advanced features.

To resolve a restricted state, you can re-subscribe to VIP, remove members who exceed the limit, reduce the number of groups you manage, or transfer group admin status to an eligible VIP member.
