1. App store purchases
cMe subscriptions and in-app purchases are generally processed by the app store platform where the purchase was made. Refund eligibility, timing, and payment reversal are usually determined by that platform's policies.
2. Google Play purchases
If you purchased through Google Play, refund requests should normally be submitted through Google Play using the Google account that made the purchase. Google may approve or deny requests according to its own refund rules.
3. Cancellation is separate from refund
Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals but may not automatically refund past charges. If you no longer want a subscription to renew, cancel it through the app store account used to subscribe.
4. Access after refund or cancellation
If a purchase is refunded, related paid features may be removed or your account may return to free feature limits. If a subscription is canceled without refund, access may continue until the end of the paid period.
5. Support review
Although app stores control many refunds, you may contact us if you need help identifying your purchase, understanding feature access, or troubleshooting a subscription issue. We cannot guarantee that an app store will approve a refund.
6. What to include
When contacting support, include your cMe account email, the purchase platform, purchase date if known, and a short description of the issue. Do not send full credit card or banking details.
7. Contact
Refund or subscription questions can be sent to info@cmetech.ca.
