VIP subscriptions on Android are managed through Google Play. Renewal, cancellation, payment methods, and order history are typically viewed in Google Play.
Find the cMe subscription in Google Play's Payments & Subscriptions page and manage or cancel it as prompted.
Note
Uninstalling cMe or deleting your cMe account usually doesn't automatically cancel your Google Play subscription.
