Why Didn't VIP Activate Immediately After I Subscribed?
Category: Troubleshooting
Platforms: Android / iPhone (coming soon)
After a purchase completes, cMe needs to receive and verify the subscription information returned by the app store, then sync the VIP status to your account. This normally happens automatically, but network delays, a mismatched app store account, or an unconfirmed purchase status can cause a temporary delay in activation.
Recommended Checks
- Confirm the app store shows the purchase as successful, not pending, canceled, or failed.
- Confirm the cMe account you're currently logged into is the one you want VIP applied to.
- Make sure your network connection is working.
- Close and reopen cMe.
- Go to the VIP or Subscription page and check whether there's a "Restore Purchase" or "Resync" option.
- Confirm you're logged into the same Google Play or Apple account you used to complete the purchase.
- Wait for the app store to finish processing the order, then check again.
Still Not Active
When contacting cMe support, please provide:
- Your cMe account email;
- Whether you're on Android or iPhone;
- The approximate date and time of purchase;
- The subscription plan;
- A screenshot of the app store order status;
- Your cMe version number.
Please hide your payment card number, sensitive information from the full order receipt, and any other unnecessary personal data.
Note
Don't purchase the same plan again to try to fix a sync issue — this can result in multiple orders or unnecessary charges.
